“So beautiful! Came in perfect condition. My husband put this together by himself in about 1-2 hours. He said a couple holes didn’t line up, and he had to drill some, but that wasn’t a big issue.”

“I will never order from Ashley’s Furniture again! Since ordering my bed frame, Ashley’s has billed and sent me 3 more bed frames despite a customer service representative contacting me before delivery and reviewing my order. To say customer service has been slow to address this would be an understatement. I spent a half hour on the phone with a representative that abruptly transferred my call to synchrony banking after saying she would transfer me to her manager.
So instead of paying $800 for a single bed frame I’m stuck with a bill of $1550! No help in sight! Please steer clear of Ashley’s furniture at all costs!”

“Really looking forward to having the style and feel of the wood, but worried that it won't hold up well. Just assembled, and three of the bolts did not align properly ( 2 on the slats, one on the headboard/ siderail ). The headboard is pretty wobbly as mounted to the siderails. Some minor splitting of the wood, hoping it isnt exacerbated over time by the wobbling. The bolts/hardware don't seem durable enough to disassemble and reassemble - the threads are fairly soft.
I'm leaving behind a 20 yr old ikea frame, that moved at least 6 times and is still super sturdy, so the drop in overall durability, for the upgraded price is not a welcome surprise.”
