BEWARE OF THE FLIMSY DRESSER, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A FURNITURE STORE.

“I would give zero stars. Stay away from this collection or store! I am not one to write a bad review but after 3 attempts sending me three different dressers and a technician came out once and tried to rearrange the drawers on different tracks only to have the drawers slide open when one is closed, they are so flimsy and wobble side to side when you open the drawers, and the stain doesn't match the bedframe. They are trying to say it is my flooring, however I left a leveler on the dresser when the technician came so he can see that it is not my floor. I have received different information from the sales associate only to sell me on the dresser. I had asked before purchasing if the drawers were as flimsy as the one in the store and he affirmed me they were only like that from kids coming into the store and opening them all the time, meanwhile I'm now on my third dresser and the drawers are still flimsy and off. I don't think a $800 three drawer dresser is worth keeping if the drawers don't open and close to my liking. They have offered to send another technician, and I had to decline as I'm tired of the hearing the dressers are up to manufacturer's standards. In which the technician had confirmed while he was here the manufacturers standards are if they open and close that's all they care about. What happened to the customer is always right. I also was told by the manager in the store because the sales associate who sold me on the POS dresser is no longer with the company has said after the 3rd delivery if I wasn't satisfied, I would be able to exchange for something else. I am getting another story now from the customer service. This has been a true DAYMARE and NIGHTMARE! Do not buy any dressers from this place as I saw others in the store doing the side-to-side wobble when you open them. I now have to waste more time and energy to take them to small claims court.
