Buyer beware

“Purchased this bed in July. It arrived with broken feet for the footboard. Have been trying to get them replaced since then to no avail after contacting customer service and sending pictures on mulitiple occations and contacting the salesperson. Also, same problem with the chest of drawers. Found out that all furniture from the store is ALL SALES FINAL. I can understand all sales final, but I expected at least undamaged items from the beginning.”
