“The delivery person left the item at my door and as he was pulling away I found the shipping box torn open. Upon taking the nightstand out of the box I found the nightstand had in broken back panel. I didn’t feel like dealing with a bunch of phone calls for a replacement or the time to get it so I kept the item since the damage would not be seen. Very disappointed… again. Third purchase from Ashley in a month or so and third disappointment. I’m done with Ashley.”

“Items arrived damaged, broken wood, cracked support, black marks all over the item. The bottom drawer is not functional because of the damage underneath the nightstand. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. We purchased two nightstands, both are horrible damaged. Shipping boxes are not damaged. These appear to be a factory return. One has blue pen marks on it. Both need to be thrown in the dumpster. Calling customer support for help is a nightmare, and problem is still not resolved. Don't waste your money or time on this product.”

“am unsure if the break down is from the Ashley warehouse or FedEx delivery services. Either way, we ordered 2 nightstands; one box was delivered torn and ripped the other in decent condition. Upon opening, as one would expect based on the condition of the box, the nightstand was broken, the front panel of the drawer was snapped off. The second nightstand had a slightly dented top corner. I will say that Ashley was very good and expeditious about sending replacements. However, the replacements were a repeat of the first delivery. One box was destroyed and once opened, it appeared a forklift had gone through the box and into the back of the nightstand. The second one was in good shape. Out of four nightstands, one was undamaged. It appears I will have to make do with the blemished corner nightstand to make a complete set.
Again, I do not know if this was carelessness from the Ashley warehouse or negligence from FedEx. Regardless, it was a disappointing experience.”
