“Pretty bed. Sturdy. Color is as I expected from description. Note! You need a box spring. We got bed slats and that is not the thing to do. This bed needs both.”

NOT Happy regarding delivery

“You guys are not really sending me this.... I still do not have the footboard nor the dresser... you brought the headboard, side rails, chest and two night stands... The head board is leaning against my wall and rails are on floor next to bed.... NOT HAPPY! Where is my product... I was told by the lady that called me morning of delivery, that the foot board did not make the truck that all other items came in on... but not to worry, they have it and someone would be calling me within 48 hours to schedule the delivery and set up... NO CALL... I am working with customer service, which is telling me that the footboard was damaged... I have a lot of company coming from Texas on June 4th and my house is not put together...”
