“Supposed to come with full assembly. The people did not assemble it. I’ve called tree times and spoke with three different people who said they’d get back to me and have someone assemble it. No one jhas reached out. It’s been about two weeks now”

“This dresser came in one solid, well put together piece. All you have to do is screw in the feet. (Meaning, don't pay an extra $50 or whatever they're charging to assemble unless you don't have a capable adult that can safely flip a 200 lb dresser on its side.)
If you're getting the mirror too, it's nice to have two adults to put it together but it's not difficult. Just a big, heavy mirror.
I would say, the finish looks scratched in a place or two. Not damaged, just the style, if you will. Not a problem but doesn't look the best. Also, one of the screw holes for the mirror connection wasn't drilled, so we could only do 5 out of 6 screws to hold the mirror on. It's secure. No concerns, but just a couple little quality things. We had to force the drawers open to begin, afraid we were going to break them, but then they've rolled smoothly since.”

“I think Ashley‘s should train their employees better. I am 70 years old and I do not need to be supervised as I walk around your store and look at your furniture. Philip followed us around like he was a detective thinking he was going to catch us stealing something, he wasn’t concerned with what we wanted. All he wanted to do was make a sale, if my wife didn’t want that specific bedroom set we would’ve went somewhere else. Your salesman is worse than a car salesman and we all know how they are.
Then he has the nerve to tell us that he’s going to give us the employees discount. Therefore, we’ll be getting the product at half price. What a bunch of crap.”
