Frustrated with customer service

“The bed itself is great, and as hoped/pictured. However, the delivery and customer service was frustrating. We scheduled the delivery around me
And my husband’s work schedule so one of us could be home. On our scheduled delivery date, parts were missing so the bed could not be assembled. A new delivery date was scheduled, but required my husband to change his demanding work schedule. This was very frustrating. I tried to call customer service to complain but she was not understanding my frustration and did not help alleviate the frustration.”
