Drawers Don’t Work Right and Chipped Paint

“I bought these nightstands as well as the bed, dresser and chest. I also bought the same stuff in the grey. All 4 nightstands, the chests, and dressers you have to forcefully yank to open the drawers. And then you have to forcefully slam them shut to close all the way. One nightstand has black streaking all over the foot that won’t come off and that same foot has a chip of paint missing. On the grey chest of drawers also has the black stuff on one of the feet as well as one of the drawers is crooked and the right side won’t go in all the way. There is paint scratched along the edge of the grey footboard as well as the grey dresser. The delivery guy took photos of everything. A man called to check on my delivery and I could not understand him at all. It’s aggravating when you try to explain and converse about an issue and their English is horrible. I spent over $7,000 on 2 bedroom sets and I am a long time customer of Ashley. This is unacceptable. They are sending out a tech next week to look at everything. Not sure how they are going to fix every single drawer on all these pieces. The bedroom set is beautiful but not functional. This will be my last order with Ashley.”

“I originally bought 2. Both came in damaged. They wanted me to send photos which I did then wanted me to donate to good will. I don’t have a truck and they would not take smashed broken furniture so I had to go back and forth several times with customer care that they need to send me replacements which they eventually did but it took multiple calls and emails. Replacements came and 1 was damaged. I ran out of time to deal with it.”
