“Product was fine. Ashley customer service isn't. Because we ordered online, we have no return options on furniture that cost thousands. We made a mistake and mis measured. Offered to pay the shipping to return and everything. We have spent thousands at Ashley. It means nothing.”

“Just perfect bedroom set for me. Much more substantial, well built, heavy. Drawers under bed are large. Had previously ordered a different set at another store that had to be canceled due to delays. So happy that happened and I could find this set which was delivered in a week, better quality at a better price! Just ended up perfect!”
