Damaged Furniture no refund or replacement

“This set came with damage on multiple pieces of furniture. I contacted customer service which created a case and they refused to take care of the situation. Continuously telling me someone would get back to me and then a supervisor outright refusing to refund my money. Thousands of dollars down the drain for damaged items caused by them. Do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture.”

“I have had my nightstand for a few months now and I love it. I was looking for a nightstand that doesn't sit down low because my bed sits up kind of high and this fit the bill. I have the dresser, mirror and the tv chest and the look great in my room with my blue tuft bed. I like the small drawer at the top, the hidden pull out in the second drawer, not to mention the color and quality are great. Even my 18 years old picky, diva of a daughter wants it, lol.”

“Love the two items they delivered. But im still waiting for the rest of my bed set items to be delivered (bedframe, dresser, and mirror). They sure did go ahead and charge me the full protection plan cost for the entire bed set as well. However only received the 2 of 5 items owed. Ashley's customer service guaranteed I would hear a response within 24 to 48 hours after my inquiry was started. I have no idea when or if I will receive all of my items and they would not confirm if we didn't receive the items if they would issue a refund for the price difference of the protection plan. Do not recommend purchasing from them as you may or may not get what you paid for.”
