Damaged Furniture no refund or replacement

“This set came with damage on multiple pieces of furniture. I contacted customer service which created a case and they refused to take care of the situation. Continuously telling me someone would get back to me and then a supervisor outright refusing to refund my money. Thousands of dollars down the drain for damaged items caused by them. Do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture.”

“Overall the bed is an amazing bed. Solid wood and looks great in the bedroom. However, there was some damage when it arrived; which isn’t a super big deal, since the damage isn’t noticeable when bedding is on there. But a quality product should be sent a bit more carefully when being shipped. I’d still recommend the bed though as a good purchase!”

“I love my new bed... I have nothing bad to say about it. I had been searching for a good durability wooden bed frame. I wanted a sleigh bed like my queen bed I had for years and gave to my mother in law still in new shape. But when I laid eyes on this bed and felt the quality of it in Ashley store, it was over. I had to have it and trust me if you want a beautiful bed with awesome quality that will last for years. This is it... And I topped it off with a new King Size sealy mattress...My sleep has been awesome... I plan to return and buy the rest of the bedroom set soon.”

“Looks way better inside my room then it did on display at the Ashley store. Our room is 11’x13.5’. I purchased the full bedroom set with one nightstand and there was plenty of space to walk around afterwards. I would definitely recommend this bedroom set to anyone. Be sure to wait until the holidays for 50% off or more”

Love the bed, sales reps lack basic knowledge of their own products

“Absolutely love it! Some people complained about there only being 3 slats and it not being enough support but so far it’s fine. I also have a low profile (5 inch) box spring. My mattress plus the foam topper is 17 inches total and as you can see it goes right up to the footboard. I was severely disappointed in the Ashley sales people in store who could not tell me what size box spring to get. They couldn’t tell me how many inches off the floor the wooden slats were. And had no model in the store to check and measure. They suggested I buy either the 5 inch box spring or the completely flat one (it’s about an inch thick). But couldn’t tell me anything else. I was very disappointed in their lack of knowledge on their own products. The part that really made me mad was their box springs were all sales final so I was expected to make my best guess as to how high off the floor the wooden slats were. Probably won’t be purchasing from them again simply because of this experience. I got lucky on my guess that the 5 inch box spring would work thank goodness and I do really love the bed”
