Damaged Furniture no refund or replacement

“This set came with damage on multiple pieces of furniture. I contacted customer service which created a case and they refused to take care of the situation. Continuously telling me someone would get back to me and then a supervisor outright refusing to refund my money. Thousands of dollars down the drain for damaged items caused by them. Do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture.”

“Really nice solid bed. 2 things I would change. I don't think there is enough support boards for the mattress, and I wish the headboard was a little shorter and the foot board a little taller.”
