“This set came with damage on multiple pieces of furniture. I contacted customer service which created a case and they refused to take care of the situation. Continuously telling me someone would get back to me and then a supervisor outright refusing to refund my money. Thousands of dollars down the drain for damaged items caused by them. Do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture.”

The drawers need work

“I have had this set for 4 years. The drawers on the nightstands have never worked correctly. Even after having someone come out to “fix” it. Apparently you are supposed to have to lift the drawers to close them. The dresser is better but the veneer is chipping off the tops of the drawers where they close.”

I bought a new Cherry headboard and frame, 2 huge nightstands and this mammoth dresser. I got a really big discount. Thx”
