“It’s a lovely piece of furniture. The only issue is that the drawers don’t fully close. Two of the drawers initially go in all the way but then the left side ‘pops out’ a bit making the drawers uneven.”

“I will give as honest a rating as I can give on this. The hardware on the drawers is not of good quality. We are not getting complete closings. As a matter of fact one of the drawers was completely stuck open. Thankfully the delivery team were still here. Some drawers are very sticky when opening and closing. The exterior finish should be complimented with better hardware.”

“Furniture arrived with damage to side of unit. Ashley has failed to respond to requests four weeks. Incorrect customer service numbers were provided. Multiple cases have been opened and week after week the only response has been please wait another 48-72 hours.”
