Bizarre clicking noises

“My wife and I got this mirror as part of the Porter collection in May 2015. Seven years later, it’s started to make this bizarre clicking noise at the top. Maybe it’s the mirror separating from the backing. I can’t tell, and I can’t get it to stop. It drove us so crazy at night that we had to get a white noise machine and now I am considering trashing it. I’m sad because I otherwise love our bed frame, dresser, and nightstand which we’ve had no problems at all with.”
