Poor customer service

“Took 4 weeks to receive, initially received one box which was supposed to be the whole bed and was not. Took apart the old bed to put the new one in but could not set up the new one due to missing parts so had to take it back apart, contact Ashley and request the rest of the bed as well as take another half day off work to receive the rest of the bed. Ashley screwed up the delivery and offered no compensation or apology. Will buy all future furniture elsewhere.”
