“Really upset that the “door-step” delivery ended up just dropping them off at the bottom of my staircase at my building. Someone easily could’ve stolen them and they were nowhere near my front door. Incredibly lazy, unprofessional, and unacceptable service.”

“ordered two with both being well built yet both came with scratches on them, even though protected with the styrofoam wrap and cardboard inserts. Given price, would have thought that QC would have been better prior to wrapping up and shipping.”
