“Your operation is an absolute joke! A few weeks ago my household received the headboard, but the leg extensions and hardware to attach them were not included. I called and emailed the CS team at Ashley that is in charge of sending me those items and repeated in writing, as well as over the phone, to be sure to include the hardware in the leg extension shipment. I received the leg extensions today...but NO HARDWARE was included. I spoke with the CS department again today and they informed me that it will take another 2 weeks to get me the hardware. What a lousy company Ashley is. I wish I took my business elsewhere.”
