Missing parts, terrible customer service

“The bed was delivered yesterday with missing parts. The company didn't do anything to make the situation right other than tell me it would be another 3 weeks before the parts arrived. After 6 calls to the company, this is all we got. We are sleeping on the floor. My husband is disabled, and the company didn't want to do anything to correct the situation. It is not our fault the bed arrived with missing parts, but again, we are paying for it. I wouldn't buy this bed or anything from Ashley.”

“Bed frame looks beautiful, but the bed was sent with incorrect parts TWICE. I have now refused delivery and will be purchasing a bedframe elsewhere.”
