“We still don't have the correct rails to be able to use the bed and not even a time frame to get it corrected. You even sent brown feet for a black bed. It isn't even offered in brown. Very disappointing but hoping for correction quickly.”

“Unable to assemble the bed because critical pieces are missing. It’s been weeks now. Nightmare dealing with MULTIPLE people in an attempt to resolve the issue. I had to file a claim and have been told 2-4 weeks for delivery of the missing parts. Why the parts weren’t delivered with the other pieces is ridiculous!”
