“The absolute worst furniture buying experience I’ve eve had. Dresser came with a defect. Jumped through a ton of hurdles to get a replacement. Multiple appointment windows having to be available for deliveries. Then the replacement was defective. Altogether from purchase to ultimately getting a refund is almost a month! And no dresser in the end of it!”

“Good quality construction, but the finish is off.
Maybe these were made in two different facilities or maybe painted at different times. I'd had ordered two items in Black that sit next to each other. One has the correct black finish that matches the other items previously purchased, but this unit does not match. It is black, just a different shade of black that gives it a grey-ish black hue when next to the first unit.
Very disappointed in this finish difference and still haven't heard back yet about how it's going to be fixed. It completely ruins the furniture look in the room.”
