Beautiful quality headboard and footboard

“I love the quality and craftsmanship of this headboard and footboard. It's solid and not flimsy at all. It was pretty easy to put together but you need another set of hands to set the rails of course. The supports under the slats don't seem to reach the floor though, which I thought they were supposed to. We unscrewed the bottom of the support so it would hit flush with the floor but it was too short. Not sure if that is user error or not. We also assumed it would require a mattress only but after assembling we think it needs a box spring as well.”

“Received the bed two weeks ago, and it was missing the feet. Ashley’s customer service assured me that the feet would be shipped to me and I would have them by today. Today has come and gone, and no feet. My daughter’s birthday party is tomorrow, and she still has no bed to sleep in. Will NEVER buy another product.”

“It's a very nice looking bed and a good value. It's solid and substantial with a nice finish. My daughter loves it. I deducted one star because on attaching the legs to the headboard, one bolt (out of 6) wouldn't "catch." Other than that, the assembly went smoothly.”

“I saw this bed on another furniture website cheaper, but it wasn’t available to ship for over a month. I paid the extra money and bought it directly from the retailer since I could get it shipped within a few days. It was easy to put together (hubby and I did it in less than an hour). It was carefully packed, all pieces were included and directions were pretty clear - though it’s pretty much only illustrations. It was a great buy and I have no doubts that it’ll last for many years.”
