“I would give it a 5 star with the exception of the very thin slats that support the box spring and mattress. They should be wider and thicker and probably should have 4 of them instead of just 3. The side board that supports the slats should be out more too. Plus, the slats were not even painted/varnished. Not really a big deal since nobody sees them except you when you put it together, but just saying.”

“I enjoy the bed frame because it’s a nice bed frame. But it came with two visible dents in it. I’m not the type of person to make a big deal about something like that so I just let it be. But since I was asked via email, I figured I’d just let y’all know. I honestly think it was due to shipping? So maybe a thicker layer of styrofoam around the product may have kept it from getting damaged. Just a thought! Figured I’d share.”

“Two of the headboard pieces arrived damaged🤬
Ordered a kitchen set a month or two ago and one chair leg was damaged. All I requested was "one" chair back to replace the damaged one received. However, Ashley sent me an entire kitchen set with a completely damaged table!?
Warehouse workers are repackaging damaged goods and mailing them to new customers. No way that the furniture was damaged enroute to me because the packaging was impeccable.
