“The entire process was simple and efficient. We were pleased to find a king-sized bedframe which matched the queen-sizes bedroom suite we had purchased 8 years ago. Ordering on-line ws a snap and order confirmation was prompt. There was a slight delay in getting the projected ship date but product was delivered on the date provided. Assembly was straightforward and the product looks beautiful.”

“I had the queen in the exact style and I loved it. I love that the bed is low enough it hides my box spring. Upgraded to a king, got the same style as it already matched the rest of my bedroom furniture. I ordered online, the middle portion of the headboard came broken at a seam. Lots of little knicks through out considering it’s brand new out of the box. We were able to screw if back together since it’s not a structural issue. Just not 100% happy with the quality.”

“Bed is great, shopping was extremely fast, but packaging was absolutely terrible. Seemed like this bed was previously used because the package with all the screws was completely open and holes in the box. So when I went to build the bed, there were screws missing. Too much of a hassle to try and return, just went to hard ware store and bought replacements. Other than that, very nice bed and I appreciated the quick shipping.”

“I upgraded my mattress to a king size, so this was the second frame I've purchased from this line, the first being several years ago when the line was new. The quality of construction and materials seems to have diminished dramatically. There were lots visible nail holes in the face of the headboard. The anchor screws used to secure the head and footboard to the rails were not long enough, the holes drilled in the rails for the anchor screws were not deep enough for the washers (they had to be forced into place). All-in-all, much more disappointed this time around.”

“Headboard arrived with two damaged pieces. It's painfully obvious that "some" warehouse workers are repackaging/reshipping "returned" damaged items to unsuspecting customers.
The aforementioned opinion is based on how the headboard pieces were packed inside of the box upon receipt. Every area of the furniture was protected from possible damage incurred during shipping.
It's truly an unprofessional practice because it causes an undue hardship for the customer. Being forced to wait another 10 days to two weeks for items you paid for is frustrating and unnecessary.
I had the exact same issue in May 2025 when I purchased a kitchen table set. One of the chairs had damage to one of the legs.
I notified Ashley, sent photos and only requested "one" chair back to replace the damaged one. Instead, Ashley's sentn another full kitchen set with a damaged table on both corners, which made me responsible for disposing of the excess furniture.
