“This is a beautiful and sturdy bed! The only thing I would note is that the headboard has a pretty curve to it, which makes the bed 'stick out' from the wall more than a flat headboard would. So, if you have limited space take this into account.”

“it is absolutely amazing and we love it. FOR SURE if you get this set, include the footboard with rails, I wasn't sure if we needed it, but it really finishes the look. The espresso wood is gorgeous with just enough of an aged texture that it will be gorgeous and timeless for many years to come. Great workmanship, quality product, quality materials. Not the veneer kind of furniture, but stunning real wood. Yep it costed more than some other cheaper options out there, but in my opinion it was an investment, this set will be used for many years to come.”

“Ok so I’m not usually a person who leaves reviews but I will to help someone thinking about this! Very heavy and sturdy bed it’s beautiful I love it. Deffinately is a peice that should last for years. Some things that could be better is some of the pieces don’t come labeled with numbers and or letters so you got to guess which piece goes we’re when trying to assemble it. The other thing i did notice the picture the headboard appears a little smaller in height then actually is in person ,it seems higher no biggy I guess I could of went with the measurements lol . But all in all I love it👍👍”

“This item arrived with a piece of the headboard broken in half. I called customer service within 72 hours of receiving the item and they told me that they could send a replacement but I will not receive the replacement for 3 weeks and it is not an option to return the item and receive a refund. So now I am just without a bed for 3 weeks while I wait for it to arrive. Unacceptable customer service for a $500 bed.”

still waiting on slats and hardware the delivery guys failed to leave with me before departing despite being reminded THREE times. stopped by the store and asked for replacement pieces, was told by manager they’d be ordered, I guess they never were, after nearly two weeks, I had to call again and ask they be ordered yet again. STIILL WAITING for a delivery ETA. ALSO, I never had a delivery guy ask me if I’d like him to clean up before they left. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE and A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.”

“First time buyer with Ashley’s and definitely my last. Bed frame came damaged with the adhesive separating from the wood and pulling the screws out. Ashley’s solution was to send me a new bracket for me to make the repair on myself. I went to Ashley’s to buy a new bed so I didn’t have to do all this myself. Stay clear of this place. Not even close to the reputable company I thought it was .”
