“This is a very pretty set but the storage under the bed does not function how it should. The storage under the bed are the only ones held together by plastic screws which make them very unsteady. We had this set delivered on Sept 20, 2025 and as of November 18, 2025, still do not have functioning storage under the bed with 4 technicians coming out and 2 exchanges of the entire bed due to manufacturer defects that could not be repaired. Please do not let the aesthetics of this set make you purchase it, it has been nothing but problems for us and next steps for us now are to purchase an entirely new bedroom set with a credit from this purchase because Ashley could not do anything to fix it.”
