Nice item but disappointed in Ashley's support.

“It's beautiful, that's why we purchased it but I am missing a total of five screws. It's been three weeks since we received the bedroom set and we still haven't received the screws. I can't open half of my drawers. Ashley's has not shown any urgency in assisting me. I have called multiple times and they just don't seem to care. If I don't get the screws before my first payment, I am sending it back.”
