“Bed is great and everything we asked for. Only hiccup was it was broken upon delivery. Installers and factory guys were the only ones who knew how/when it could be replaced and apologized for inconvenience. Customer service reps at store and over the phone couldn't have been less helpful.”

“The bed frame is beautiful but unfortunately the drawer was broken when delivered. The help service is ordering a new piece and it should be good to go.”
