“Terrible. Horrible. So infuriating.
Received damaged. Now I’m responsible for the shipping cost to send it back?
No. Not happening. Talking to a supervisor now to have them pay for shipping cost or, since these boxes are so bulky and heavy, have me throw this broken stuff in the trash and they just give me my refund.”

“Was excited to put this dresser up and I was very disappointed. The dresser is very very small. Almost unusable for clothing. I tried to return the item and was told I couldn’t since it had been over 72 hours. What a bogus return policy for large furniture. I have always bought all my furniture from Ashley’s but I will never buy from here again.”

“Ashley online store is horrible. If you cancel immediately after you purchase items. They will still delay the process and still ship the item out next day and you will have to hassle with shipping coordination and refunds. I left the items out for pickup and later that day it rained...and ruined the boxes so I couldn't return half the items...so now I am stuck with furniture I will have to sell online and probably take a hard loss. Fck Ashley online store”
