Directions, please?

“I'm never buying anything from Ashley again unless they provide the assembly instructions in advance. The unit is fine, but arrived missing the assembly instructions. I called in, this first rep wasn't helpful and even stated that he would put in a request for a technician to email me some instructions but stated "but I can't promise you anything." My head exploded because there are like six different types of hardware and we didn't know which screws or bolts to use where. He put me on hold and came back and said that I'd get an email within 2 hours, which I did not. I called back, the next rep said we would get something within 72 hours. We moved forward with it anyway but this did involve some putting together and taking back apart, installing bolts then later having to go back and take them out because they belong elsewhere, etc. Giant aggravation. We did find some online videos, but not for the unit we bought. Again, I'll want to see the assembly instructions up front or I'll never buy another thing from this company. BTW the supposed email with directions still hasn't arrived.”

Great deal for a nice daybed

“Daybed is very nice. Beautiful walnut color and easy to assemble. Trundle bed slats/frame is not the sturdiest but so far it’s held up well for us.”
