“I can’t properly review this product because I’m unable to assemble it. The base arrived missing legs and hardware. I contacted customer service, but the process has been lengthy and they still haven’t resolved the issue. My bed came in two separate boxes and is missing essential parts, and I’m still waiting for a solution.”
