“Absolutely love this bed! It’s solid wood and well made. I have high profile mattresses, so it is tall. Didn’t take long to put it together. Came well packed and easy directions. Don’t hesitate..buy it!”

Partial delivery with bad customer service

“The parts of the bed that I have received are lovely and seem to made of quality. Love how the color of the wood looks in my bedroom.
However Ashley Furniture customer service leaves something to be desired. This bed comes in 3 boxes and no one seems to know this until you see the instructions to put this bed together.
Their shipment tracking does not show how many boxes were shipped and now they can’t track the missing box. Crazy, huh?
So now you have to wait for 3 days for an internal investigation to get a call back, no call back. So for the 5th time I call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone in another country to find out that they can’t tell me anything for 5 more days and to call back later.
8 days now past the delivery date, wonder if it will arrive at all- we shall see.”

Beautiful Statement Piece

“Very pretty bed. I bought this for my sister's bedroom at our 2nd home and she is over the moon with this aesthetic. The bed was very easy to assemble and looks great. The color is identical to the picture. I gave 4 stars only because the footboard bar that runs between the two posts feels slightly vulnerable. I think this will be perfectly fine for anyone respectful of furniture, but it may not withstand someone sitting or jumping on it...(just something to think about).”
