“I’ve had the worst experience ever with this bed frame. I received the headboard only box 1 of 2. Called they said box 2 of 2 was on its way. Received box 1 of 2 again. Called again and sent pictures. The third party allegedly fixed the issue 5 days later a receive 2 boxes of a completely different bed that has nothing to do with this bed. It’s been a nightmare. Been dealing with this for almost a month. I called again and emailed let’s see if they get it right this time.”

“Love this bed! The color is amazing exactly what I was looking for! It is like an ivory white. Took about an hour and a half to assemble everything together - wasn’t difficult if your used to putting furniture together. Everything came together and everything was aligned when putting together. So happy with this purchase! It is gorgeous!”

Awful Experience

“I was sent the incorrect parts and cannot assemble the bed due to many missing pieces. It’s clear this bed should have came in 2 different boxes, but the 2 boxes I’ve received have identical parts. I just received the wooden bars that go inside of the bed. I DID NOT RECEIVE a headboard or anything else. I have contacted customer service multiple times (called and emailed) and I still have not heard back from them with a solution for this issue. Ashley’s requested that I send in multiple photos show what I did receive and a detailed message of what the issue is - I have been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from them. I told customer service that I can send back one of the boxes, in exchange for the correct box.. they continued to tell me I did receive my order and if it’s incorrect to email pictures (AGAIN) I then requested a full refund.. but was told to wait 3-5 days… yet again, I am still waiting to hear back!!!

Great Headboard - Not So Great Assembly

“The quality, appearance and overall look-and-feel of the headboard is great. We had an existing adjustable base, which fit perfectly within this frame - however, we did need to eliminate the wood slats and keep the legs on the adjustable base as there was a noticeable rubbing sound when the base was placed on top of the wood slats. Overall, assembly was straightforward, however, it was quite a struggle getting the screw holes to align between the sides and back of the headboard. If you are not careful, you can easily strip the threads, and you definitely need a second person to assist. Overall, highly recommend.”
