We love this bed!

“We got this bed as a gift from the brand but I wanted to take my time and share an honest review, because I know reviews are very helpful when shopping online, specially for big items like furniture.
The bed was easy to put together and it is sturdy. I love the wood and white tones. They are easy to combine with bedding options, and make my boys room feel cozy, relaxing and peaceful.
I really like the railing in both top and bottom because it helps the kids not to fall when they fall asleep.
Both my 9 y/o and 3 y/o are happy with their bed. And for the younger one climbing up and down on his own has been easy, which gives me peace of mind because I knew he would want to climb up, and I didn’t want to worry about him falling or getting hurt.
Delivery was fast. The boxes were heavy, which makes me think this is good wood. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
And finally, I like the fact that you can go for the bunk bed style or have two separate matching beds if that’s what you prefer. Because as a mom with multiple kids in different ages, I like to have products that can adapt to all the changes we need for our growing family.”

Terrible customer service

“I bought this and immediately contacted storkcraft for assistance w a shipping error. They did not pickup the phone or respond to my email for five days. When they responded they said it was too late to do anything but if anyone had responded within a day or two there would be no issue. Buyer beware. I would order from any other company. I have never had such a disappointing experience.”
