Not good paint job/wood chipped

“Paint is scratched up. A chunk of wood was broke off the top bunk rail when we opened it. The sticker does not come off easy not sure how to remove it. Color was very pretty though and kids are enjoying it.”

“Package showed up damaged. Contacted customer service. Basically got the run around until I told them I was going to contact the bank and stop payment. Suddenly I was sent to the escalation department and it was handled right away. Why did it have to go that far? That was just stupid. This is my second order online with Ashley. The first one was also a pain. Definitely won’t be ordering online again and I may very well be done with Ashley furniture.”

Shipping is bad, but the quality of bed is good

“The bed itself is nice and sturdy and easy to build. However, my first bed was delivered with a broken footboard. So a new bed was sent to me. That shipment also came broken. So it’s upsetting that these are not being packaged well enough for shipping. I reached out to the company the second time but didn’t hear back. If it wasn’t for two shipments arriving with broken bed pieces, I would give this 5* because the quality seems really good and the price is excellent!”
