“The bed was delivered to our door quickly, the instructions were very easy to understand and the materials used for this bed seem to be top quality and the assembled bed is very sturdy. We ordered the natural wood which looks very nice.”

“I was excited to receive this bunkbed. However, it did not come with a manual or hardware. Now, I have to go through a whole process of sending pictures and waiting to responses via email correspondence in order to have the bed replaced. I’m very disappointed. This was my very first time ordering through Ashley Furniture and it will be my last.”
