“Terrible experience. This item comes in two boxes. I was sent two boxes of the same parts. So I had double of half the parts needed to assemble, and the other half were missing. Shipping took longer than stated. Then when I initiated a return, Ashley only set it up for FedEx to take of one of the two boxes. Ashley then told me the other box was my problem, and I now have 87lbs worth of unusable bunk bed parts to try to dispose of. Ordered from an alternate company that got it to me in 2 days and without problems. We will never order from Ashley again.”

“I received one box in an orderly time on sep 10. I called to ask why I only received half the bed. They put in a ticket to look into it. I called back on sep 13 and it hadn't been looked at. Called back on sep 19 and was told they haven't looked at the ticket yet. Can't return the half of bed since I don't have the orginal box. So another ticket was opened. I would say to never order through the site since the company doesn't back anything. It's been almost two weeks and I have no bunk bed for my kids and I'm out almost $300. DON'T BUY THROUGH THE SITE! The customer service has one worker it seems ( talked to the same rep every time I called).”
