“Did not received all the pieces and still waiting to hear back from Ashley support which has no been helpful. Supposed to ship in 2 boxes. First box took longer to arrive than Ashley indicated and second box is still missing with no information on when it will arrive.”

“This might be a beautiful bed but i only got the head boards. It's been a week since that arrived and have no tracking info for a second shipment. No one from Ashleys has any info, and customer service emails come days between for correspondence.”
