“If this was a car, it would fall apart in front of the dealership. Ikea looks like Italian-made next to this. Here are the issues.
Instructions are bad and sometimes incorrect.
The print quality of the booklet is so bad, you can't tell one screw from the other.
It's engineered wood, so all screws will keep turning with no end.
When assembled, things just don't align like a quality product.
4 of the drawers have one spot for your fingers, the bottom 2 are just awkward to pull out.
It took over 6 hours to assemble.
I would buy something that's twice the price and enjoy the quality.”

“Visually looks great but it is cheap and light - good as a display but maybe not for everyday use since drawers are shallow and feel flimsy. Feels like particle board with plastic legs. Something about the drawer stop mechanism would make the drawer stuck so I opted to remove the plastic clips on the side of each drawer. After removing that, it slides just fine.”

“The drawers are stiff and will not close properly. Its shorter than most dressers, there are no groves/handles to open the drawers. You literally have to slam the drawer so they will shut semi-correctly.”

“Terrible! The triangle design doesn't align, assembly is awful and none of the pieces are properly labeled.
The last 2 drawers overlap the middle drawers no matter how hard you try. I know the store won't care about this review, but hopefully it'll stop someone else from buying”

“The instructions are not user friendly, nor are any of the screws labeled. The base support post did not have pre drilled holes for placement, and we had to purchase screws for it as they were missing. The panels themselves were extremely flimsy and began to split upon putting pieces together. The customer service experience was highly disappointing. And unfortunately, to ship it back as a return, it would’ve cost twice the purchase price to ship back.”

“Terrible instructions. Screws aren’t labeled. The amount of screws do not match the instructions. Also the instructions don’t match the product. For some pieces it states to use 2 screws or 4 screws, but there’s only one or 2 holes. Why can’t these companies just take a page from IKEA’s book. Will be returned.”

“While this dresser is very nice looking it was incredibly hard to put together (the instructions where horrible, it was like learning hieroglyphics) and the drawers are so small. This dresser is only suitable for a singular person and only if they don't have a lot of clothes.”

“This is the worst dresser I’ve ever owned. It’s cheaply made and even when put together with care and attention to detail it’s terrible. The quality over all is extremely cheap. The drawers don’t open or close well and get stuck easily. Nothing slides like it should. I’ve moved many, many times in my life and never had such a terrible experience. It completely puts me off of Ashley Furniture as a whole that they would sell something of such low quality.”
