“I have only recieved 3/4 boxes, despite them all being shipped at the same time, so cannot yet put together the bed. I called several days ago and was told that I had to connect the shipping company directly. Ashley would not discuss potential solutions but told me to "call back sometime next week." Not thrilled with the customer service. Got a generic response from the shipping company that they're looking into it.”
