“Disappointed with the terrible customer service!😡 After waiting five days for a technician to assemble defective furniture I was willing to keep, I was sent assembly instructions instead. Seriously?! I expected better quality and service, but this experience has been frustrating beyond words. Now, that I just want a refund because I refuse to keep a defective product they have the audacity to tell me I have to pay for the return?! This company needs to do better.”
