“I thought this was coming from and Ashley furniture store from close by. It was sent by a third party, the help centers are located abroad, I got the Philippines and now I have to go through some dumb long process to try to right the basic issue of them not delivering all boxes of this set to my house.”

“This is very difficult to assemble. The three of us have been trying to get this done for 4 days and it looks like we’ve got to hire a professional to do it. This should come with an option for professional in home setup. I’m really concerned with child safety at this point.”
