“SO MANY BROKEN PIECES
The ordered arrived quickly which is fantastic. However the headache began once I began to assemble the bed. There are so many broken or cracked pieces to the bed. I can’t even put the doors onto the shelving because of the cracked tracks. When I called Ashley customer support they were no help at all. They quoted nearly 2 weeks just to get information on what my next step is. This is not included, fingers crossed, the replacement pieces for all the broken parts. This is the WORST customer support I have ever experienced. If you want a bed frame you can use within two weeks of its arrive then DO NOT waste your time on this one.”

“We recently bought a chicken coop and it was easier/ better labeled than this “wooden”bed kit. The only thing I liked was the style of bed frame. Multiple pieces were broken or chipped and the pieces were not packaged like they were that fragile. How much would it have taken to bubble wrap everything. It was the bubble boy of beds. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. I want my money back.”

“Can't actually review the bed bc I can't assemble the bed. Panels in box 1 and box 2 broken. Box 3 hasn't shown up yet. Disappointed in the procedures to get replacement parts -- it's not about a refund, I just want to assemble the bed!!”
