No Accountability For Incorrect Parts Because "It's Not Our Fault. We Contract A Third Party Vendor For This Item"

“One of the packages had an incorrect part. Instead of having a C and D side panel, I received only two C's.
I have gone back and forth with the online support team and called the customer support team multiple times and have spent several hours registering the issue and each time, I am told that "you'll hear back in 3 to 5 business days". I have provided supplementary images and done everything that I can get the issue resolved, but I am currently no closer to receiving the part that I need than when I started 2 weeks ago.
Absolutely terrible customer experience. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.”
