“Overall, we love this bunk! So happy we were able to snag this gem at the price! Shipping was a little wonky, we waited quite a bit for second package which contained majority pieces for the bed. Also, some of the wooden pieces where the screw enters, isn't thoroughly so it can be a little difficult. Other than that, great buy!”

It is very convenient for a small space. The color of the item is perfect for my kids room. The material used is very strong and this bed is economical. Transform the area very well. I have identified one small flaw - where the ladder is joined to the full bed, it makes it hard to fit the beddings there. However I just fold the comforter to keep the bed perfect.”

“We were very pleased with our purchase. The bunks are extremely sturdy. We were short 5 pegs but was easy able to pick some up at Lowe’s. My advice would be FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Also make sure you are putting the rails of each bed on the correct way. They aren’t labeled to know which rail is front and back. You want the rails for top and bottom going the right way so the ladder can be attached. Ask me how I know. Took my husband 3 hours even with the mix up. We would recommend.”

“I am absolutely livid. I placed an order worth $1500 for this bed and mattress for my kids. Then paid $69 for someone to come attempt to put it together only to get the wood out of the box and discover no hardware. After calling to complain I received you will be contacted in 3-5 business days. I’m returning it all. This is the biggest inconvenience especially since I am a single mother currently going through a divorce. I moved these heavy boxes all on my own. I am not giving Ashley’s a penny. Refund and return ASAP!!!”

“The bed supports are not sturdy. I was putting the bed together when the slat on one side cracked and a piece popped off on the other slat. I have asked for a refund. I am very disappointed in this bed. All of the things I have ever purchased from Ashley have been excellent and this poor workmanship was upsetting to me. I bought this over a month ago (doing renovations) and when I started to put it together, I found the quality not to what I have come to expect from Ashley. Is not that well-made unfortunately.”
