DONT ORDER FROM ASHLEY! You wont get your order

“I haven’t recieved my order. It’s been sitting at a fedex facility for over a week after taking over a week to actually ship from the warehouse. I had to order the same bedframe from Walmart.. not only was it cheaper but it was also delivered to my home in less than a week after ordering. All I want is my money back and I will never shop Ashley furniture again.”

“I never received e. Every time I chat with Ashley nobody seems to know my order when they ask for the order number. Stuff like this makes people don't want to buy anything online. I guess I'll get next week sometime which is ridiculous.”

“This, too, is very sturdy, easy to put together and after I ordered the pewter I had reservations. But once I saw it I was pleased . Ordered this for my niece who wanted a "teenager bed". She loves it and helped me put it together. Can you imagine a 12 year old putting together a bed and giving up her time from videos???”

“It was a surprise to me when I got it because I thought I was ordering a twin! it's bigger than I want or need but it's really nice and was pretty easy to put together. Nobody has tried it out yet but it seems pretty sturdy as long as you don't get rowdy on it”

“I am very satistifed with this bed. Was looking for a full-size bed for the guest room. I didn't want a regular bed because of the way the room is - it has a window and a closet, and the only wall for the bed - away from the window, would look awkward, so a day bed would be perfect, but I wanted a full-size. I was so happy when I found it at Ashley. It seems this item can only be purchased online. I also assembled it by myself. It took me about 3 hours, so I recommend having a friend/spouse to help.”
