Very poor quality. Arrived damaged. Poor customer service and have handed me off.

“Would have rated zero stars if I could have. Arrived broken. No damage to box. Called customer service and they told me this order was fulfilled by a third party provider so handed me off to them?! Why if I purchased through Ashley would then not handle this issue?! Onerous requirements to prove damage. Requested total refund and return which is allowed in first 30 days. They said the third party would contact me in 3-5 days. Three days so far and no contact. Poor quality overall. No quality control of finishes either. Multiple blemishes.”
