“The description said “upholstery” and I expected fabric. It’s pleather instead. Disappointed.
Teenager put it together in 1-1/2 hours. He followed the directions.
The headboard is also shorter than xpected.
It’s attractive though and feels sturdy.”

“My daughter loves her new bed! No creaks, very solid. The only recommendation I have is that certain steps in assembly really require two people. So if you will be assembling all by yourself, good luck. Otherwise directions very easy to follow.”

“loved the price, love the bed. customer service great. but warehouse is incompetent as shipped wrong parts. Found out later my son had similar issue. Despite customer service efforts . part issue still unresolved after a month. I even offered to pay for new part box.”
