“I got the feedback request email and my item doesn’t get delivered until Tuesday but the whole shopping process terrible, no confirmation until 24/48 hours later. Terrible customer service takes forever to answer

Horrible service never received my full item

“The service was absolutely shocking bad and never received the full product.
Had to call multiple times to get shipping.
When I got the shipping fedex didn’t deliver when they said so it wasdelayed 3 days.
When it finally arrived I received box 1 out of 2 twice, and never received the second box. I called customer service and to say that I received incompetent service would be too nice of me. Was constantly put on hold for over an hour and kept being told “our 3rd party supplier will reach out to you”. When I questioned why they would reach out to me for something I bought off Ashley they kept putting me on hold and were never actually able to provide me with an ETA of the second part of the frame so I ended up canceling after 5 days of calls and being put on hold. Horrible service, extremely disappointed .”

“I never received the bed. What a mess! The email gave me a tracking # that never had the merchandise. Every couple of days I called customer service to inquire where the bed I paid for will actually ship. Last phone call I cancelled the order. Get your act together.”
