Missing important part, can't assemble

“Sorry I cant recommend until the missing part arrives and I can assemble it. The furniture cannot be assembled as it arrived without part #5 the bottom of vanity so it is sitting all over the bedroom floor. Since it arrived on a Friday and customer service goes home for the weekend it won't be resolved until Monday and then the wait for the part to arrive. Meanwhile the tools and screws inside the package were loose and all over inside. Lastly, some of the legs have a weird discoloration of reddish orange. Whenever put this package together could have been more careful. Once I can assemble the vanity I'd be happy to send a Pic and let you know how it goes. We've furnished most of our home with Ashley furniture so this has been disappointing. Meanwhile we tiptoe around the disassembled furniture hoping this gets resolved soon.”

“I searched for a while trying to find the right piece for my daughter. I didn’t want something super expensive but also not made really cheap either. My husband put it together in about 2 hours and didn’t have any issues. So far it seems to be a good sturdy piece and my daughter loves it.”

Keeping my fingers crossed to see if she liked it, she did. She loved the fact she could use it for a vanity or desk. Good choice. Girly products in the vanity top and school things in the side cabinet.”

“Really nice vanity with a fairly easy assembly. Two complaints would be that the locking cams that pull together the assembly did not work well, one even busted. Luckily the desk I was replacing had some that I disassembled and used which worked just fine, so it was definitely the locking cams that came with the vanity. The other complaint is the decorative white grommets (2 choices, plug or wire grommet, both were broke and cannot be used. Looking to contact Ashley Furniture for replacement.”

“It’s a nice vanity it does the job. But for how much I paid the knobs are cheap and the assembly takes a lot of time. Also it’s short compared to the chair so unless your petite it’s hard to use the mirror without slouching. Also need to buy lights for around the mirror.”

“Ordered this because I needed more room/storage for grooming tools, makeup etc.... my bathroom countertop was just too cluttered. Description says 4 easy gliding drawers. The item actually has only one drawer and a small cubby under it that looks like drawers. I was a little disappointed by this at first but after a bit I’m ok with that. Ashley Furniture however, has surpassed my expections!!! I received the vanity in a box but the box was battered and ripped open. There were bolts and washers spilling out of the box from my doorstep out to where the UPS truck stopped. I called Ashley and they IMMEDIATELY sent me another vanity!!! Overall, the vanity is cute and sturdy!! Would buy this again if I need. Mostly I’ll for sure but from Ashley Furniture for the great customer care they gave me!”
